The mystical experience of
Inner Light is the one thing that ties
all the religions of the ancient
world together.
J.
Doresse, in his informative book:The Secret Books of the Egyptian Gnostics,
(Pg. 330) tells us of the Inner Light.
"Each of the world's major religions has its traditions of the
Inner Light. When we compare the various sacred texts on Inner Light
from around the world, we find an unmistakable commonality. In fact,
we might say we have found a single tradition of the Inner Light, the
difference being only superficial ones of age, culture, and language.
The light is known by many names. It is Vergo in the ancient
Hindu Vedas, Param Prakash in the Ramayana, Divya Jyoti
in the Upanishads, Amitabha in the Mahayana Buddhist
Scriptures, Light in the Bible, Noor-e-Ilahi in the
Koran, Shekinah in the Zohar, and Chandna in the Sikh scriptures."
In the
Bible this is known as the experience of revelation. It was from the
light that secret knowledge was revealed. And the light came from
burning the Bush. Stories of a 'release from bondage' contemporary
and comparable to the Moses story are plentiful throughout the age of
mythology. Mr. Metzner (Opening to Inner Light, Pg. 51) comments:
"Odin
hanging on the world tree, Christ on the cross, Prometheus bound to
the rock, and Osiris trapped in the coffer are all images of the
archetype of imprisoned splendor, which each one of us is destined to liberate."
Mystical experiences have been with humankind from the beginning of
our self-awareness. Mystical states of consciousness is another way
of saying altered states of consciousness. These altered states were
the original method the ancient soothsayers, shamans, prophets,
oracles and witchdoctors used to have the experiences they
misinterpreted as experiences of god. The original way to achieve
these altered states was drugs. Only some of these substances known
to our ancestors were hallucinogens they also used narcotics and
deadly poisons. The holy hallucinogenic sacraments that the
pagans and shamans used in their initiation ceremonies evolved into
the placebo sacraments of the Church.
"Mysticism
and mystical experience seems to be as old as human nature itself.
Although the most rare of all human experiences they are called the
most intense and profound phenomenon we are capable of. The study of
mystical experience itself is an interesting look at the way we
relate to ourselves and how we interpret our own inner dynamic. The
study of mystical states is paramount if we are to understand the
human condition not just in its normal perimeters but in its most
extreme and magnificent aspects." (page 216)
This Shocking discovery is knowledge
they do not want you to know!
It is
not the obvious feelings one has with these (once holy hallucinogenic
and other) shamanistic substances but the subtle nuances that became
the grand motifs of religion that are with us to this day. Marihuana
the Burning Bush of Moses is the
first book ever to reveal and explain these nuances and feelings and
where and how to find them within the cannabis experience.
"My
great advantage in writing this book is that I have reached the
mystical experience of Inner Light that the ancient prophets, mystics
and seers call revelation, four times in my life. Three times, years
ago, I had this experience by being accidentally in the right place
(mentally) and with the right stuff. But, the forth time, in 1991,
after realizing their mystical meaning, I reached the same mystic
experience by design."
You owe it to yourself to have this
important knowledge
In
the midst of this drug war we should look beyond the rhetoric of
posturing politicians and realize the original historical reason
cannabis was prohibited was to keep hidden the mystical experiences
that are possible with the CORRECT use of cannabis. The injunction to
keep secret the hallucinogenic properties of the holy sacraments came
over two thousand years before the 1937 cannabis tax act. To
understand the broader and older reasons cannabis has been prohibited
we must look to the religious connection.
"In
the final analysis, the proof of my theory cannot be found in words.
All of the religious arguments are for naught. All the denials based
on belief in fairies and fantasies will not succeed. All the
religious insults, hatred and violence heaped upon me will not win
out. All the theological books ancient or modern are worthless in the
debate. For there is no debate, except the one that concerns whether
you will, or will not, allow yourself to have the experiences
described. The proof is in the experience and no where else."
(page 310-1)
You can
prove me wrong or you can prove me right. To transform a subjective
(personal) experience into an objective fact one needs to submit
one's findings to the world at large as a form of peer review. Mr.
Metzner (Maps of Consciousness, Pg. 4.) says:
The
essence of the scientific method is verifiable and repeatable
observation, either in natural settings or in specially arranged
experimental settings. Unless an individual is able to demonstrate
the observation he has made, it cannot become part of scientific
data. Hence the need of a teacher who can teach not theories but
methods: methods that will reliably give results and enable others to
perceive the same phenomena and relationships.
The Ultimate mystical experience CAN be
yours with this proven technique.
Anyone
one can potentially experience the same mind manifesting mystical
phenomenon that the ancient shamans and prophets spoke of. You
do not have to have a 'near death experience' or wait until after
you die to experience your Inner Light. What has been missing
up until this time is a reliable method to reach the Gnosis and
enlightenment of the mystics. There is only one
book that brings all these ideas together along with a tested method
to reach the phenomenon described and that book is:
Marihuana
the Burning Bush of Moses.
